How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Do House of Marley electronics come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our Bluetooth speakers, headphones, and turntables come with a limited 2-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
How do I pair my Bluetooth device?
To pair, press and hold the Bluetooth button on your device for 2-3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes. Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone or computer and select the House of Marley model name to connect.
